By using LogisticsLabAcademy.com — reading articles, watching videos, downloading free resources, subscribing to the newsletter, or buying anything — you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What you can do with our content
Free content
Articles, blog posts, podcast episodes, YouTube videos, and free downloads (such as the Lab Kit) are free to read, watch, and share with attribution. You may quote short passages (under one hundred words) with a credit and a link back.
Paid content
Courses, masterclasses, and digital products are licensed for the single user who purchased them. You may not share login credentials, redistribute course files, or grant access to people who did not purchase.
4. Educational content disclaimer
Everything we publish is educational. We share what we have learned running a 3PL and operating in the freight industry. None of it is professional, legal, financial, tax, or operational advice for your specific business.
5. Purchases
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout (typically CAD or USD).
- Taxes are added where required by law.
- Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Digital products are delivered electronically.
- Course access is granted via the LMS (currently Kajabi) once payment clears.
6. Refunds
We offer a fourteen-day money-back guarantee on most digital products and courses. If you are not satisfied within fourteen days, email [email protected] or call 778-764-2965 from the contact you purchased with and we will refund the purchase in full.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose.
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software or proprietary materials.
